Find a Comma (,) Replace with a Tab

Problems importing to Entourage with commas in the data. I would like to convert specific commas that are separators and make them tabs (as if you were touching the tab button).

Is there a way to do this is FIND and REPLACE? When I'm in the replace window and hit the tab button of course it tabs back to the find window. I've tried putting quotes around "tab" but that does not work.

This is basically converting .csv to a tab delimited document.

best bet probably is to copy into Word and make the replacement there.
But I don't quite understand what you mean by "specific commas..." . If
you have commas inside text strings I'm not sure how Excel will convert
everything to CSV format. But if you have an Excel spreadsheet, you can
export it either with commas or tabs easily enough.
