find a folder by name

O2003.

I need to find a folder by name that I either moved by mistake or maybe
deleted. I have a LOT of subfolders under Personal Folders. Many are not
expanded and I'm not about to expand them all and look over them one by one.
I'd rather write a vba routine to do that but I'm thinking there must be a
way to do this already. When I click "advanced find" I don't see anything
that lets me just look for folder names. How can I do this? The "Go Folder"
(CTRL+Y) doesn't work because it doesn't search subfolders (wow, how useless
is that??!?!??!!?)

no version of outlook searches for subfolders or their paths.
Can you search for the contents? Google desktop search and the windows
desktop search both can identify the folder path.

FWIW, this is one reason we don't recommend having too many folders or
nested subfolders. Use views and search folders to sort items.
