find and remove duplicate e-mails

Because my HD died and was replaced, I needed to bring in
my outlook stuff from another computer. In that process,
lots of emails in the personal folder directories were
duplicated. How can I identify and then remove those
gazillion duplicates? (and don't say "manually"). I'm
running Win XP Pro and Outlook 2002.
