find and replace does not work

I just installed the find and replace power toy.
I click on the new find-replace button that appeared,

nothing happens...
I dont get the window I am supposedto get....


any idea?

I use xpsp2 .net framework 2 and ON07

some questions:
1. can you check to see if the window opened "behind" the onenote window?
2. Can you click tools \ options \ addins and see if the addin is listed?
3. Did the toolbar icon get grayed out after clicking it?
4. Does uninstall/reinstall fix the problem?
