find and replace doesnt work

Hi,
I'm trying to find a text and replace it with other text (in my VBA).
When the text is written in a regular font, there is no problem. The problem
starts when I'm trying to use a special true type font (barcode). in this
case it doesn't find the text at all. It looks strange since the text itself
is the same and only the font is different.
The font I'm trying to use can be found here:

I just doenloaded and used the first demo version.
Can someone help me?

Hi Ram,

I think this is related with how the font vendor created the font.
Anyway, you may try to use other barcode truetype font.
e.g.
http://www.squaregear.net/fonts/free3of9.shtml
