Find and Replace Large Text Blocks across several documents

Sorry if this question already exists. We have many documents that contain
similar text from a template. We often have to update a paragraph or two in
these documents, which for now means opening each document, finding the
paragraph, deleting the text, and pasting in the new paragraph, for each
document.

Is there a simpler way to do this using either a macro or a Visual Basic
script?
