Ok so I have switched from a PC and I am having trouble with the Find and Replace option on the Mac. On the PC version of Office when you pull up the find and replace option you can choose to change the fill color and many other things. For the Mac I can't figure out how to do this. Any help would be awesome.

The Find & Replace feature in Excel 2007 was richly enhanced compared to
prior versions. Those enhancements have not found their way into the Mac
version. Perhaps some or all of that expanded capacity will make its way
into the next release of Mac Excel, but I have no insight on that.

As an alternative in part, if you format using Styles there's no need to
even use Find & Replace. Simply modifying the Style will instantly reformat
any cells to which it has been applied.
