find and replace uninstalled font

I have a doc someone else created, which contains some text in a font
that I don't have installed on my computer. Characters that are
supposed to be in this font just show up as boxes. Normally, I can use
the find-and-replace dialog to change a font, but in this case it
fails.

The font in question ("Guatami") doesn't show up as either a "Latin
text font" or a font in the "Complex scripts" section of the "Find
Font" dialog. I can of course key in the name, but then
find-and-replace (or just find) doesn't find it.

I guess I can find the font on the web and install it on my PC
(assuming it's free), but this seems like a bug!

Any work-arounds besides installing the font (or selecting all the
pieces of text that show up as boxes and changing them by hand)?

Word 2003, WinXP, SP2.

Finding fonts on the Internet takes less time than posting in this
newsgroup. Try that first. If it's not available for free and you don't want
to pay for it, you need to talk to the person who created the file and ask
them to tell you what the missing data is or change the font into something
you can read.
