Find and Replace <>?

I have a document that's been tagged. I need to delete these tags
which start with < and end with >. I've tried to figure out how to
configure Find and Replace to look for every tag, but can't seem to
get it right. How do I do this so Word will find every tag, including
the opening and closing brackets? Many thanks.
