Find command bar ID to disable button in Word 2003?

I need to disable a button in Word 2003 using Group Policies

In the Word 2003 Group Policy under "Disable items in User Interface" -
"Custom" I need to enter a "Command Bar ID"

Is there any utility anyone can recommend to enabe me to find the Command
Bar ID of a particular button?

The one I want is "E-Mail" by the way, if anyone happens to know the ID
