Find contacts

Hi,
Does anyone know how do I configure my outlook address
book to be able to query users from the public contact
folder. It allows me to search users from that folder, but
the Find contact dialog box displays only one field on
which search can be performed. I want the standard search
dialog with first name, last name etc.
