Find Content Controls and/or Fields

I'd like to use both fields and content controls in some templates and I'd
like one keystroke that would find the next one (either one). F11 only finds
fields. So I thought of a macro that I could assign to a keystroke that
could find the next field or content control.

Does anyone have any ideas how to do that in vba?
