Find Duplicates Across Multiple Lists

Hello-

I have a spreadsheet with 3 columns of data (email addresses). Each column has about 5-6K rows. What I would like to do is generate a list of addresses that appear in all 3 columns, and a list of addresses that only appear in 2 of the 3.

Any ideas?
