It would be helpful to have a phone extension field available via the Find
feature of the Global Address List (GAL). Often in a voicemail, you can
understand the first name and perhaps the phone extension of a colleague in
another location but may not understand the rest of the message. We are also
given the phone number/extension when playing the voicemail in our system.
Having the ability to search by phone extension in addition to another Find
field option can help you narrow your search results significantly. Because
we are a geographically dispersed employee population, we use the 'Office'
field a lot in the Find Feature for searches by first name - but it would be
even better to also have the extension field.
Thanks!
