FIND feature on a FORM

If I were to use the "FIND" feature in the form view of a
TABLE, I can select either to search on a specific field
or the entire table. I also can select "Any part of the
table" or "Whole Field".

I would like to include this FIND/SEARCH feature on a
form. Does anyone know how to do this?
