Find Function is not working

When I try to do a keyword or phrase search of My
Documents, I get a message that says: "Filters required
to do this search cannot be installed."

Where can I can download these filters, or is there
another way to fix this? Not being able to search my
files is a terrible problem.

In the Search dialog box, make sure that only Word files are included in
the "Results should be" dropdown menu.
