"find" function

I am using the default search box in access 2002. This box defaults to "Whole Field", and I have to change this to "Any part of field". I am looking for a way I can construct my own search box (for a particular field) that searches via "any part of field" as a default. Any assistance is appreciated!

Hello:

You can change the default search behaviour. If you always want the search
box to default to "Any part of field", go to Tools>Options>Edit/Find>Default
search behaviour. By the way, once you have changed this setting, you need
to close and restart Access before it takes effect.
