I asked this previously and have been unable to access internet for a while, so I apologize for making you answer twice :
I have a main client form which lists all client information on this form is a combo box from which you can choose a physician from the list. If you Dr. isn't already on the list, If have placed a command button on the client form which will go to the physcian form (drawn from the physcian table that the combo box is tied to
Here's the hitch - When I originally populated the table I copied from spreadsheet directly into the table and we have just started to add more Dr.s to the table through the physicians form. When you go to the physcians form either through the Client form or the dbase main form and do a Ctrl F or binoculars it will find the Dr.s originally entered but none of the new ones. You enter a search name and it does nothin
