In Access 2002:
Main form: myCustomers
subform1: myCustOrderData
subform2: myCustPromoData
If I search for a customer on the main form, I get one complete record
consisting of all 3 forms. I cannot "find" subsequent subform
records for that specific customer. How can I accomplish this? Ideally, I
would like the first record that I find for the specific customer to be the
most recent one (both subform1 and subform2 contain a date field).
It would also be nice if I could show the user that this is "1 of 3 for this
customer", but the main thing is I need to be able to move through all
subform records for the customer.
An explanation/resolution would be greatly appreciated!
TIA,
Patti
