Find out who has an EXCEl File Open

My ACCESS application copies EXCEL files from a network drive to a local
computer, extracts data from them then deletes them from that computer.

I have code set up to let me know that the file is currently open but what I
am looking for is a way to determine who has that file open.

Can I somehow grab the computer name of the person locking the file so that
I can notify them to close it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
