Find-Replace Dialogue Box

I am interested in reviewing the code and/or workings of the "Find/Replace"
dialogue box used in access. It seems to be hidden so I was curious if
anyone knows how to access it.

I am using a search function similar to the Access version that returns all
records on a continuous form that meets the text criteria as opposed to the
sequential "find next" button used in their routine. Specifically, I am
interested to see how to highlight the specific text within the field that
matches the users criteria.

To my knowledge, there is no way, at least as of today to highlight specific
text within a textbox.
