Find Replace Error

I'm trying to do a find and replace on a table (that I imported
content from a .csv file) ...
There are 3 fields which have some unwanted text and I am trying to replace
it with blank. however, it get's so far and then gives me this
error:

"You can't replace the current value of the field with the replacement text."

So, if I start it up again - it will work for a few more thousand records
then stop and give the same error. How do i resolve this

Try using an Update Query instead.
