Please do the following steps to see what will happen:
Open Excel workbook in MS Office Excel 2007 > delete all sheets but Sheet1
and Sheet2 > enter "=Sheet2!A1" in A1 of Sheet1 > Fill Sheet1A1 down to
Sheet1A8 >
select A1:A8 of Sheet1 > Click Find & Select Button > Try to Replace All
"Sheet1!" by "Sheet3!"

You must find an Excel workbook with a worksheet named as "Sheet3",
otherwise you cannot leave the window "Update Values: Sheet3"!

I believe this is a bug.
