find / replace in One Note?

Hmmm... Most Office apps have Find & Replace mapped to CTRL-H. I can't even
find the "find & replace" function in One Note, let alone a hotkey for it.
Clues?

OneNote doesn't have Find/Replace in the current versions. You could copy
to Word, find/replace, then copy/paste back to OneNote as a workaround.
