Within a table you highlight certain columns and use the
Find and Replace commands to change certain items, you
are asked to replace or replace all. Using the replace
all for the highlighted area the next prompt that appears
asks you if you wish to search and replace in the
remainder of the document. You press "NO". In the NT
version only the highlighted area would remain but with
XP it highlights the whole of the text - which is not
what you want - you want only the original highlighted
area after you have done your first find and replace.
Why is this happening?
Thanks
