find/replace macro

B

Beverly

I am using a macro to speed up a monotonous find/replace
function on a file not originally created in Word. (line
breaks on every line regardless of paragraphs)
I wrote a macro to find/replace, but I select the text
first, as it does not apply to the whole document. When
the find/replace is done, a message box appears and asks
if I want to continue to the end of the document. Is
there a way to select "no" with the macro?

I want to be able to select text; use shortcut keys;
select next group of text; use shortcut keys.

Right now the macro is not finishing the process, and I
have to complete the dialog box manually.

Thanks in advance.
