Find & Replace not working

Can someone suggest why this isn't working?

I have tried using Find & Replace but its not picking up
all the occurances of the word I'm trying to find. I have
checked the More options and nothing is ticked.

I'm trying to find the word Licensor and replace it with
Suncorp but it's skipping random occurances of Licensor.
