Find/Replace of Memo field Query

Hello,
I have a table, STOCKINF (linked), which has a field named FULLINFO which is
a memo field.

Within FULLINFO, I wish to find "http://ebay.polart.com/" and replace with
"http://www.polandbymail.net". Could someone please help me? Not sure if
it's an UPDATE query or an APPEND query or how to write it.

Update STOCKINF set FULLINFO = "http://www.polandbymail.net"
WHERE FULLINFO = "http://ebay.polart.com/"
