find telephone numbers within document

I need to extract the telephone numbers from long list of contact names and
addresses to paste only the numbers into Excel. Is it possible to do this
without highlighting each one individually then copy and pasting them singly?

Hi,
if all (!) telephone numbers follow a certain pattern,
and no other numbers (!), then it is possible.
