Find the last working cell in a worksheet of the excel workbook

Hi,

I wanted to know how to find the last working cell in a particular
worksheet of the excel workbook. It would make it easy for me to
specify the range for the worksheet to extract the data from the
worksheet. Because i have to specify the range to extract the data. The
First cell would be A1 and i needed a function to calculate the last
working cell in the worksheet.

It would be very helpful if u could provide a code snippet to do so.
