Find word document that is 'not responding' CicerdIWndFrame

When in Word 2003 and/or Outlook 2003 with XP with all of the updates I
started getting the 'not responding' error message. When I follow that trail
I get 'CicerdIWndFrame'. When I google that I get into a car advertisement
never seen before nor can I find it on my machine. What's up?

The "Cicer" part of that string suggests that there may be an error in
Speech Recognition. If you have that enabled, try disabling it.
