Finding all the queries associated with a form

I have been looking for how to take a single form and find all the tables
queries that are used by the form. I have had a look at the Documentor. Is
there any software that will run thru a form and list the tables,queries
that are used by the form. Or do i simply load the form in an empty database
and note each time it asks for a new table/query?

any thoughts?
