finding and listing search result

I have a list of names in A10:A40 named Register. In range D10:D40 there
is a list of percentages i.e. 1%, 5%, 10%, 20% etc. up to 50%. I am
looking for a formula that will "find" a given percentage and then list
all names that correspond to that percentage in another column, for
instance E. All my attempts have only succeeded in listing the first
occurrence.
Any help most gratefully received.

You will need multiple formulas to return multiple results. Take a look here
in the paragraph "Arbitrary Lookups" to see how to construct formulas to
return the second, third, etc., occurrences:

Many thanks, I've been using formula similar to the examples shown on
Chip's excellent site without success. No problem find first, second
occurrence etc.it's finding all in a useful way that's the prob.
