finding and opening a folder

Ron

Hi,

I goofed. I closed a folder and now can't find it. I tried searching for a
string that I know is in that folder and still can't find it. Is there a way
to list all of the folders in OneNote that are either open or closed?

Thanks

Ron,

Search won't find the content of a closed folder or section.

Use File | Open | Folder and navigate to the desired folder. Click on
the folder then click Open.

Hi Ron,

If you close a folder, the folder and all associated files still live in My
Documents> My Notebook just like all of your other OneNote files. If you
would like the folder to appear in your OneNote view, you can simply double
click on the file from My Documents.

thanks,
christina
