Finding and using newsroups with Outlook Express 6.0

Hello. I have Outlook Express 6.0 and I would like to start using newsgoups.
The help menu said I needed the name of the news server. How do I locate the
names of the servers of different news groups and how do I set up an account
in Outlook Express 6.0?

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup like
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general
