Finding capitals in a cell

I need to setup a formula to take capital letters from one cell, and using concatenate, copy those capitals and two other cells to a fourth cell

MID won't do it as the length of the words changes, is there a way to find the blank space before the capital and count on one character so that I can copy that and any other new word capitals into the new cell
