finding cell value(s)

Can someone give me some direction on how to do the following:

I have 32 cells containing numerical values. These numerical values vary
from, say, 52 to 338. These cells are not necessarily in a range. Using
another formula, I'd like to find only the cells that contain values
"between 72 and 86" and end up with a cell value in the same column(s) as
the "between 72 and 86".

I've tried various combinations of IF, AND, LOOKUP, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP,
CHOOSE, etc.
