Finding Ent. Task Data

I have a customized enterprise task text field that I'm trying to retrieve
the value for, but in the msp_text_fields table where the text_value lives I
cannot tell which task the value belongs to. Is there another
table/relationship that I'm missing or am I going to have to use the PDS API
methods in place of my fairly complex stored proc?

Have you looked at the MSP_VIEW tables? Some need the project to be
published to update, but they provide a great source of data for reporting
purposes.

If you prefer to use non-published data, join the msp_tasks table to get the
task name and the msp_conversions table to get the name of the field with
the msp_text_fields table.
