finding exceptions

i need to create a report using two spreadsheets. i'm
looking for items contained in one and missing from the
other. can this be done using access? if so, how?
thanks.

sure - you can link to the excel tables and then create a new wizard using
the find UNMATCHED wizard. Then you can do a query to find rows not in the
unmatched query to find all that match
