finding microsoft key

my microsoft office was installed when i purchased my computer but i dont
have the product key ive already tried the suggested suggestions but nothing
(e-mail address removed)

You will need to obtain the key from the seller of the computer.

If it is installed you should be able to use Belarc Advisor (a free
download) to reveal the key.
