finding my web folders

How do I get my web folders on my desk top. Not a link to
my FP; but when I want to go the folder the yellow one I
have to go my computer; C then Winnt then more and more
and more till I get to the folders.

How do I save pics from my disc to the images folder I can
only save one at a time; and I have to go thru all those
steps to do so; very time consuming.

Is there an easier step?

Thanks

You really should always work with your webs directly from FP, by using File
Menu | Open Web, any other way will lead to problems at some point.

Images: With your current FP web open (File Menu | Open Web), use either the
Import command on the File Menu to select the image in the folder on your
HD, etc. to import or select all of the images in the folder, and then
drag/drop them into the images folder within your current open FP web via
FP.

If the images are on a CD, they need to be first copied to a folder on your
HD, then in Windows Explorer, select all and remove the read-only
attributes. Also any re-sizing, etc to your images should be done outside of
FP in a Image Editor, and then saved to your HD, then imported into your
current open FP web.

Ok great; that's pretty much how I did it; just thought
maybe I could skip the step of saving them to my HD first.

What do you mean copy them to Windows Exlorer?

If the images are on a CD, you need to copy then with Windows Explorer to a
folder and then remove the read-only attributes, then import them into your
current open FP web after you have resized, cropped, etc. each image.
