Finding Needed Office Updates

Hi - I was wondering if there is a way, other than Windows Update, to find
out which updates Microsoft Office 2007 needs. The reason I'm asking is that
my mom has the software and has dial up so it takes such a long time to run
Windows Update to even find out which updates she needs. I would like to
manually download the updates and give them to her to apply since I have a
DSL connection. Thanks.
