Finding Owner of Temp File

Hi,

I am not sure this is the right group to ask this in and if not hopefully
someone will point me in the right direction.

Is it possible, with a Macro or VB code to extract the name of the person
who has a word document open from the temp file it creates. I know the name
of the temp file that is created and can have my program advise other users
that the file is in use, but would like to be able to identify who is using
it, to make sure it is actually in use or if the temp file was left during a
network disconnect.

Hope this makes sense.
