Finding pesky links

For better or worse I'll often have at least temporary links from one
workbook to bring in data from another workbook (by VLOOKUP or just a
direct reference). Later on I'll often "freeze" the data in the new
worksheet by doing a COPY and PASTE VALUES; but sometimes I totally
forget where I've set up external links.

When my new worksheet opens I get the standard msg re: external links,
want to update?

At times like that (when I no longer want the external links) I have a
lot of trouble finding them in the new workbook (most of which have
multiple worksheets).

You would think that a FIND including WORKBOOK and FORMULAS options
and "[" as the target would locate them, but that doesn't work. Any
other suggestions?

For hard to find links, download and install Bill Manville's FindLink
