Finding the other fields

I am using Outlook 2000. I notice in Outlook 2003, there are tabs in the
Business Contact dialog box for other fields not visibly present, for
example, Assistant's Phone, Birthdays, etc. These fields are availabe in
Outlook 2000 because they export to other databass. How do I access them?
