I have been using the Beta for VEA 2005, and I note that it is based on Visio 2003. Also, that VEA 2003 is based on Visio 2002. Strange and confusing, but onward.
I have not been able to find a definitive answer as to where VEA 2005 lives, but it seems to be part of the VS2005 Team System for Enterprise Architects, which has a BIG price tag. If that is the only way to get it, it is way out of my budget.
I am able to get VS 2003 for Enterprise Architects for a reasonable price, but then I have two different versions of Visio on my machine.
So, is there an upgrade to VEA 2003 that brings it up to Visio 2003, or is there another way to get VEA 2005?
Thanks,
