Finishing a project

My project has (finnaly) ended and now I wanna know if there´s a way to
prevent the resources from making appointments in the timesheet.

Is there such an action "Finish This Project"?

There is no default method within Project Server 2003 to close a completed
project. Refer to the following FAQ for a complete methodology on how to
close and archive a completed project:

Do as much of the methodology as you wish. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply, Dale.
There´s another issue: the project has finished and a new one has just
started, using the same resources. As some tasks were not completed, these
resources still have their time allocated for the first project, already
finished.

We will discuss here the best way to do this, but I think there should be a
button or something called "Finish Project"

Fabio --

The best way to handle your situation is to set the Remaining Work value to
0 hours on every planned task that was never started, and on every
in-progress task that was not completed. This will eliminate any
overallocations you may be seeing between the closed project and the new
project.

Thanks for your suggestion about the Finish Project button. Let's wait to
see what Microsoft offers in the next version of Project Server.
