WHEN I OPENED mozilla, MAC OSX 10.4.7 there was a pop up box asking to
report problems - if I declined computer crashed, when I accepted
computer crashed. On re- starting I was unable to open entourage and
Internet explorer 5.2. Safari is fine. I've removed firefox/mozilla
folders. With entourage I have tried re-starting with the option key,
have moved com.apple.preference.internet.plist to the desktop nothing,
have re-started holding the shift key down. Have run 'preferential
treatment' down load which checks the user and system preferences for
errors but this stops at this 'plised' with CPF2: Can't get text 71
thru -1 of "". error msg. Have no idea what this means or what to do
next. Should I put that plist preference in the trash and delete? I am
a beginner!!!!!! PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN
