Firefox OE Not Working

Hi. When I set the default mailto program in Firefox 3, I want to use
OUTLOOK EXPRESS. I browse to C:\Program Files\Outlook Express
\msimn.exe under TOOLS-->OPTIONS-->APPLICATIONS-->Mailto. All this
does is OPEN OE. I want it to copy the email address and start a new
message automatically. What am I doing wrong or rather, what is
Firefox not doing right?

If those groups aren't carried on the news server that's carrying this group
try using msnews.microsoft.com (MS's public news server that's the source
for all the microsoft.public newsgroups).

That having been said, I think you need to add this to the command line you
use to start OE:
/mailurl:"%1"
