There are many different firewall programs. When you ask for help you
will need to tell which one you are using.

Why would you want to? Firewalls (either software or hardware) are
practically mandatory in these days of hackers and worms.

In any case, your best opportunity would be to post your question to: the
tech support page or telephone number for the software or hardware
manufacturer or to the "microsoft.public.security" newsgroup.
